Very Good
Comfy Beds and Pillows. Staff is also very helpful. Location is also great walking distance to shopping malls, resto and public transports includimg the LRT. Lastlt they have a great gym.

Its cozy and nice but needed attention to small details that soon may impact the business and quality of services they o
I love the room and beds linen it smells really good. They also have hospitable staff.
There are some small cockroaches in our room specially in the restroom and corners of the room. Hot showers are not working either but no big deal about it, we can manage the cold shower. They have minimal charging ports beside the bed and the Tv is not Netflix ready.

Dissapointed coz I was 1st placed in room without beddings set up. Transferred upon informing them.
Lots of choices for the breakfast that day, January 1, 2024.
The food menu is not balance and I think not planned. Sweet and Sour fish served are mostly head part. Salted Egg ran out and took sometime to refill. Glass for the Iced Tea took sometime too to be available for use. Guest had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes to be seated as there are lots of guest that morning, not anticipated I think and they used the 17th floor dining instead of the usual 5th floor.
